Important Notice
By using the "Enjaz" platform, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth on this page. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Service and Credits
Enjaz provides AI-based tools using a credit-based system. Credits are deducted based on the tool type and usage. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and credit prices at any time.
No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and AI-based credits, all purchases are final and non-refundable (No-Refund Policy). Once credits are added to your account, their monetary value cannot be refunded.
2. Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to use "Enjaz" tools for the following activities:
- Generating illegal, harmful, or violence-inducing content.
- Using the account in any way that leads to damage or interruption of the platform.
- Attempting to extract source code or reverse engineer the platform.
3. Content Responsibility
AI-generated content is automated content that may contain errors. The user is fully responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and using the generated content. Enjaz assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from using generated content.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to close or suspend any account that violates the terms of service without prior notice and without any obligation to refund current payments.
Legal Disputes
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
